Welcome to The Park Bench Social Club!

The Park Bench Social Club, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK , are part of a new generation of bands that mix musical genres with abandon. Traditional folk, Celtic fiddle tunes, bluegrass, gypsy jazz, bhangra and old time Americana are all standout influences. The music is characterised by an amazing energy and is played with a big smile on their faces.

The first date of PBSC's extended line-up smashed Sellindge festival last saturday. The crowd refused to let the organisers shut the venue before the band got through 4 encores! The PBSC boys did what they do with Jason wowing the audience with his beats and Crystalise making the crowd go mad G'ing them up with his rhymes.

PBSC Big Band Coming Very Soon
Those of you familiar with The Park Bench Social Club’s musical eclecticism and phenomenal energy on stage will not be surprised to learn that the band are once again expanding their musical horizons with some very special gigs this summer.

Larma Tree Festival on 17th July will see an appearance by The PBSC Big Band and festival goers are in for a real treat.

The band are now collaborating with two gifted exponents out of the UK’s urban scene as well as super talented multi-instrumentalist Tom Wright.

Jason Singh is, among other things, an international DJ and composer and collaborator of the legendary Nitin Sawhney , but it is his stunning talent as a beatboxer that he brings to the Bench.

UK MC, Crystalize weaves his rhymes around PBSC’s infectious beats and multi layered rhythms in a manner that will blow you away.

Get ready for an astonishing night’s music, you won’t be sitting down for long!
